CRICKET BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE
Serves - 2
Time - 8 mins
INGREDIENTS
Cricket Powder - 30g
Frozen Banana - 1
Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Natural Yogurt - 150g
Milk - 100ml
METHOD
A super simple one. 🙌
1. FREEZE BANANA | 3 mins
Peel and slice the banana then stick it in a freezer. (This is totally optional we just like our shakes cold!)
2. BLEND | 3 mins
Add all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up!
3. BE MORE ARNIE | 2 mins
Garnish with a mint if you're a fancy pants. Or down it in one go like Arnie would - your choice.
