CRUNCHY CRICKET GRANOLA
Bug up your breakfast with this amazing granola recipe, not only is it high in protein, but packed full of delicious dried fruits and seeds. Perfect on top of your favourite yoghurt or simply paired with the milk of your choice.
Serves: 4-6 Portions

INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin Seeds - 35g
Coconut Flakes - 35g
Dried Cranberries - 35g
Rolled Oats - 100g
Honey - 2.5 tbsp
Raisins - 35g
Preferred Cooking Oil - 1.5 tbsp
Optional Toppings:
Yogurt / Milk
Berries
Bananas
METHOD
1. MIX IT UP | 2mins
Preheat the oven to 190C/180C fan/gas 6.
In a large mixing bowl, weigh out all of the ingredients and stir together to make sure they are all coated in the honey.
2. SPREAD ON BAKING TRAY | 2mins
Spread the granola evenly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. BAKE & COOL | 15mins
Bake the granola at 190C/180C fan/gas 6 for 10 mins.
Break up the pieces and return to the oven for a further 5 mins or until golden brown.
Once cooked leave to cool.
4. SERVE | 1min
Serve the granola with whatever you fancy. We used natural yoghurt and mixed berries.
