GRUYERE AND BUFFALO WORM MUFFINS


In the photo, there's a plate with a few gruyere and buffalo worm muffins.

Serves: 6-10 muffins

Time: 30 minutes


INGREDIENTS


Buffalo Worm Powder – 30g

Gruyere – 150g

Marmite – 1 tsp

Sunflower Oil – 160g

Self Raising Flour – 170g

Milk – 100ml

Eggs – 2

Chives – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp


METHOD


  • Preheat the oven to 170° C

  • Grate the gruyere and finely chop up the chives.

  • Combine the marmite, milk, eggs, and sunflower oil.

  • Combine all the dry ingredients.

  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.

  • Put the mixture in muffin cases and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, or until a skewer comes out dry!
